2018 Talanoa Dialogue Platform launched

Further to IEMA’s confirmed presence at COP24, we have also submitted evidence into the COP Talanoa Dialogue.

Outcomes from Talanoa will be formally presented to governments at COP24, helping to inform the next round of National Determined Contributions (NDCs).

According to the UNFCCC website, “Talanoa is a traditional word used in Fiji to reflect a process of inclusive, participatory and transparent dialogue. The purpose is to share stories, build empathy and to make wise decisions for the collective good.”
