The Public Bodies (Abolition of Environment Protection Advisory Committees) Order 2012 abolishes the environment protection advisory committees and removes the requirement for the Environment Agency to establish and maintain them.

Likewise, the Public Bodies (Abolition of Regional and Local Fisheries Advisory Committees) Order 2012 abolishes the fisheries advisory committees.
