The Building Regulations &c (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2013 came into force on 19 April 2013

The Building Regulations &c (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2013 amend the Building Regulations 2010 and the Building (Approved Inspectors etc) Regulations 2010.

The regulations transpose articles 2, 6, 7, 9 and 11 of the EU Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings.

Two provisions came into force on 9 July 2013, while others will come into force on 1 October 2013; 1 January 2019; and 31 December 2020.
