The Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 2012 amend the 2008 Regulations, specifically measures relating to disclosure of information held on a register of energy performance data.

The new Regulations also remove redundant provisions from the two previous amending Regulations published in 2012.
