The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment (2011 Act) (Commencement, Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 brings the provisions of the 2011 Act listed in Sch 1 into operation on 18 January 2012, including on dog fouling and litter. Provisions listed in Sch 2 come into operation on 1 April 2012.
