The Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 published 1 April 2011

The Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 amend the operation of the supplier certificate regime used to administer certain climate change levy (CCL) reliefs. The Climate Change Levy (Fuel Use and Recycling Processes) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 revoke the exemption from the CCL for commodities used in lead recycling.
