The Climate Change Levy (Suspension of Transport Exemption) Order 2011 suspends the exemption from the climate change levy provided for in the Finance Act 2000, Sch. 6, para. 12, while the Climate Change Levy (Suspension of Recycling Exemption) Order 2011 suspends the exemption from the climate change levy provided for in the Finance Act 2000, Sch. 6, para. 18A(1). Both measures are in line with changes announced in the 2011 Budget.
