EC Reg 1088/2013 - equipment containing halons

European Commission Regulation 1088/2013 amends 1005/2009 on applying for import and export licences of products and equipment containing or relying on halons for critical uses in aircraft. 1088/2013 simplifies the process to allow the issue of general licences.
