EC Regulation 1087/2013 - methyl bromide

EC Regulation 1087/2013 on the reporting of methyl bromide came into force on 25 November 2013

European commission Regulation 1087/2013 amends Regulation 1005/2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer and the reporting of methyl bromide.

The substance can no longer be placed on the market and used for quarantine and for pre-shipment applications, so Regulation 1087/2013 ends the requirement for member states to report each year.
