Green deal - England & Wales

The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) etc. (Amendment) Regulations 2013 amend the Building Regulations 2010 and Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 to provide measures relating to the green deal scheme, including a requirement to provide information on a building in the scheme and the validity of energy performance certificates containing green deal information.
