The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 revise fees for entering data onto the energy performance certificate register.

Amendments also permit the register operator to disclose data held to the respective energy assessor accreditation schemes and anonymised data to Decc and the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority for research and statistical purposes.
