The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 amend the 2007 Regulations and mainly affect the requirements (including enforcement and compliance) for the production of energy performance certificates and the inspection of air-conditioning systems. It also extends several of the duties required when a building is sold or rented out.
