The Environmental Information (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 amend the 2004 Regulations by clarifying that the six-month time frame for prosecuting an offence under regulation 19 – preventing disclosure of information – starts from the date sufficient evidence to justify proceedings comes to the prosecutor’s knowledge.
