The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend the 2010 Regulations.

Changes include: clarifying the position relating to single-site permits for certain radioactive substances and activities; changing the procedure for transferring environmental permits in certain situations; and reducing the regulatory requirements for those who operate some anaerobic digestion installations.
