Environmental Permitting (Amend) Regs 2013

The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 amend the 2010 Regulations to comply with the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (2010/75/EU). Most of the provisions came into force on 27 February 2013, but regulation 58(2) and regulations 4(6), (8), (12), (15) and 5 will come into force on 7 January 2014. Regulation 58(3) will come into force on 1 January 2016.
