The Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Amendment of Fixed Penalty Amount) (England) Order 2012 amends s.47ZB(2)(b) of the EPA, reducing from £100 to £60 the amount payable for a fixed penalty for an offence under s.46 (receptacles for household waste).
