The Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No.19) Order 2012 repeals s.1 of the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 (c.3), which was contained in s.162(2) of, and Part 2 of Sch. 16 to, the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
