EU Directive 2013/28/EU - lead solders

EU Directive 2013/28/EU amends annex II to Directive 2000/53/EC on end-of-life vehicles. It extends the exemption for lead in solders in electrical glazing applications (except for soldering in laminated glazing) until 1 January 2016. Member states have three months to bring in provisions complying with 2013/28/EU.
