The Feed-in Tariffs (Specified Maximum Capacity and Functions) (Amendment No.2) Order 2012 amends the 2010 Order by altering art.13 to include a new duty on the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority to publish a quarterly table outlining payment rates to apply to solar photovoltaic installations in the following quarter.
