The Flood Risk Management (Designated Responsible Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2013 designates the responsible authorities under the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009. They are the Cairngorms National Park Authority, the Forestry Commissioners, and the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority.
