The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (Fees) and National Emissions Inventory Regulations 2011 enable the Environment Agency to take over approval of projects covered by the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) and National Emissions Inventory from 1 June.
