The Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend regulation 42 of the earlier 2012 Regulations to enable the secretary of state to alter the start date for provisions under section 9 (powers to alter the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007) and section 10 (powers to alter the Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Regulations 2008).
