Hazardous waste in Northern Ireland

The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) has produced a new guide on the Hazardous Waste Regulations and the List of Wastes Regulations in the six counties.

HAZGUIDE NI 03 has been published following the introduction, in April, of new Regulations and to comply with changes to the legislation on chemicals, including the replacement of the Approved Supply List with Annex VI Table 3.2 to the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances Regulation.
