The Hydrocarbon Oil Duties (Reliefs for Electricity Generation) (Amendments for Carbon Price Support) Regulations 2013 amend the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties (Reliefs for Electricity Generation) Regulations 2005 by generally reducing the amount of relief that can be claimed.
