IEMA extraordinary general meeting
The Institute has given notice that it is to hold an extraordinary general meeting on 13 September
Notice is hearby given that the extraordinary general meeting of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment ("Institute") will be held at 16:10 on 13 September 2012 at 76, Portland Place, London.
Business:
- To confirm the following individuals as Non-Executive Directors of the Institute:
a. Terry A'Hearn
b. Richard Powell - To confirm as Executive Director of the Institute:
Claire Lea

No other business other than that given in this notice will be transacted at this EGM.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and, on a poll, vote on his/her behalf.
A proxy need not be a member of the Institute. Completion and return of a form of proxy will not prevent a member from attending and voting at a meeting in person should he/she wish to do so.
All proxies so appointed should be identified in writing, by no later than midday on Friday 7th September, to the following name and address:
