The INSPIRE (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 amend the 2009 Regulations, specifically regulations 2, 7, 8, 9, 13 and 15, to ensure they comply with Directive 2007/2/EC, which established INSPIRE – infrastructure for spatial information in the European Community.
