The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Limits) (Revocation) Regulations 2013 revoke the 1996 and 1997 regulations, which are superseded by the declaration of an exclusive economic zone under s.41 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
