The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011 published 1 April 2011

The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011 amends the 2009 Order by introducing a number of changes, such as the phased support for off-shore wind and the introduction of mandatory sustainability criteria for bioliquids in accordance with the Renewable Energy Directive (2009/28/EC).
