The Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 revokes and remakes with amendments the 2010 Order. The latter conferred on the secretary of state and the gas and electricity markets authority responsibilities in connection with the administration of the feed-in tariff scheme for small-scale, low-carbon electricity generation.
