The Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015 amend the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 by implementing in relation to spring water and drinking water in a bottle, Directive 2013/51/Euratom. This directive lays down the requirements for the protection of the health of the general public with regard to radioactive substances in water intended for human consumption.
