The Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No.12) Order 2011 brings s.20(3) of the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006 into force and repeals certain provisions of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. Meanwhile, the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006 (Listed Buildings) (Saving Provisions) Order 2011 makes saving provisions in relation to the changes made to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997.
