The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 consolidate the 2008 and 2010 Regulations, which declared fuels to be recognised as authorised for the purposes of article 2(2) of the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.
