The Town and Country Planning (Marine Fish Farming) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 amend the 2007 Regulations to include marine fish farms.

The Town and Country Planning (Prescribed Date) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 revoke the 2007(b) and 2010(c) regulations, and alter the prescribed date from 31 March 2013 to 31 March 2014.
