The Waste and Contaminated Land (Amendment) (2011 Act) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 brings into force the provisions of the 2011 Act. The Act, which was passed in February, made a number of changes to Part 2 of the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.
