Women in Sustainability and Environment profession: becoming an IEMA Fellow and how to demonstrate leadership

This webinar is for IEMA women with existing membership grades, particularly designed for Practitioner (PIEMA) or Full (MIEMA). The 2025 Chair and Vice Chair of the IEMA Fellows Steering Group are both women, and supported by the Steering Group and wider Network are committed to increasing the diversity of the Fellows Network and demystifying access to this top level of membership.

IEMA's State of the Profession Survey 2022, found that 62% of male members reported fairness in progression compared to 35% of female members, and 40% of women reported a lack of self-confidence as a barrier, compared to 19% of men. These barriers can prevent women from seeing their leadership excellence.
