Join IEMA North West for a valuable event designed for those looking to understand and implement an environmental management system (EMS) to the ISO 14001:2015 standard. The event will provide an overview of what an EMS is and how ISO 14001:2015 can be used to effectively implement an EMS before deep diving into specific clauses of an EMS, namely Leadership, Management Review, Context, Interested Parties and Risk & Opportunities. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A with the panel of speakers. The event also offers a unique opportunity for attendees to network with other IEMA members in a unique setting, the Greater Manchester Renew Hub Trafford Park. The location has been setup as a hub for donated items from the public to be refurbished and resold on with income being put towards social value initiatives in the Greater Manchester region. This event is ideal for organizations with an existing Environmental Management System (EMS) seeking insights into best practices, as well as for those considering or in the early stages of implementing an EMS.
