IEMA Fellows are the highest membership level, shaping the Institute’s contributions to influential discussions and delivering widespread action on IEMA’s vision

Effective leadership is critical for achieving meaningful progress.

IEMA’s Fellows Network is an exclusive group committed to driving forward sustainable practices and solutions across industries around the world.

Who are Fellows (FIEMA)?

They are influencers, change-makers and thought leaders who bring together diverse expertise and perspectives, and have the capacity to enact change.

IEMA’s Fellows Network is led by a steering group. Their work has been to develop strategy and describe a detailed action plan of delivery.

A key objective of the group is to foster collaboration among its members, as knowledge-sharing is essential for addressing complex environmental and sustainability challenges.

During 2024, 30 new Fellows joined the 300+ network, and we look forward to welcoming more in 2025.

So what does the Fellows Network do?

It unites outstanding professionals committed to positive change, and amplifies individual efforts into collective impact. Their work serves as an inspiring example of how leadership, collaboration and innovation can drive meaningful change in our organisations and communities.

Interested in becoming a Fellow?

During the coming year, we will regularly report on and share the work of the Fellows Network and celebrate their achievements.
