Rob has considerable environmental management and sustainability experience, gained over more than 15 years working in civil engineering, oil & gas and more recently nuclear. He is currently the Group Sustainability Manager for Urenco, a global uranium enrichment company, supplying products and services to numerous civil nuclear energy companies across the world. He leads the development of the company sustainability strategy which encompasses wide ranging topics such as net zero, human rights, social impact and governance frameworks. Ensuring Urenco’s sustainability credentials remain credible and relevant is essential and one of Rob’s main roles is to engage external stakeholders such as banks, insurance companies and customers on Urenco’s sustainability programme. He is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
