This session provided an insight from one of our IEMA members into establishing a ‘green champions’ network in your organisation.

 

Green champions can play an important role in engaging your workforce in environmental issues and identifying and delivering localised environmental improvements. We explored how to establish a network, encourage people to become green champions and maintain momentum to deliver continuous improvement.
