The Institute of Public Policy Research has produced a follow-up report to its 2006 publication, Warm Words', on public action and climate change.

'Warm Words II' looks at the changing attitudes to climate change, and considers how the public can be encouraged to take positive action to address climate change. The report largely focusses on the mitigation element of climate change, but is a useful discussion about the link between public policy, communications and public action. The publication (and an executive summary) is available as a free download.
