With exactly one year to go before the opening ceremony, and as London 2012 is aiming to be the greenest Olympics ever, IEMA is seeking case studies from those who have worked on the redevelopment of the Stratford site in any environmental capacity.
IEMA believes that much of the work on London 2012 will supply both information and inspiration to others within the environmental profession in the future. Therefore, as part of IEMA's leading role in promoting the environmental practitioner, we are interested in hearing case studies from Members working for Sponsor organisations who have played a crucial role in the planning, delivery and legacy of the Games.
We are aware that many IEMA members have been involved in innovative environmental and sustainability work towards London 2012 and we wish to promote the role of the environmental practitioner along with LOCOG and the Sponsor organisations.
Please send any expressions of interest to Katrina Pierce at mailto:[email protected] or call +44 (0)1522 540069 and we will contact you to discuss further.
