The judges of the IEMA Graduate Award 2012 have selected their winner ahead of the presentation of the £1000 prize tonight.
The range and calibre of 2012’s nominations was consistently high and from all of the entries a shortlist of five early-career professionals has been selected. In the running for the main prize are:
- Lucy Barrett (Stockport Homes)
- Agnieszka Chuchla (Milliken & Company)
- Hayley Jewitt (Laing O’Rourke)
- Joseph Clark (SPP Pumps Ltd)
- Lorna Pilbin (British Gypsum)
Also being awarded are two Runners-Up prizes of £500 each plus one year’s Graduate membership of IEMA.
The winner will receive their prize and trophy from IEMA’s CEO Jan Chmiel on stage at the Edie Sustainabilty Leaders Awards, held this evening at The Grange St Paul’s Hotel in London. Details of the winner and runners-up will be revealed tonight on iema.net and on Twitter, and also in the December issue of The Environmentalist.
