On Tuesday 12th March IEMA’s Executive Director – Policy Martin Baxter will present a webinar for IEMA members on the developments to the ISO 14001 review process following the latest working group meeting.
As a member of the international working group that is redrafting the standard, Martin took part in the latest round of discussions during the February meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden. As it is used by over 267,000 organisations worldwide, the proposed changes to ISO 14001 put forward by the working group will make a significant difference to the way businesses manage and improve their environmental performance.
Full details of the proposed changes will be distributed to all members in the near future, however those attending this webinar will get an early exclusive opportunity to hear about the proposed changes.
For details on booking fees and to reserve your webinar space, visit events in the coming days, where details of a UK-wide series of free-to-attend follow-on workshops will also soon be posted. The workshops will allow members to discuss this draft in detail and provide a basis for IEMA developing its response in the next stage of the revision process.
