About Victoria

I’ve been volunteering with IEMA for a couple of years and am working towards achieving Chartership. I recently organised a series of online coffee mornings featuring the wheel of sustainability and our Christmas socials. I currently work as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at Berkeley Group across their Capital division. I am responsible for implementing sustainability across a number of central London developments. I'm really passionate about carbon reduction and implementing innovations in my current role. Prior to Berkeley I was working on projects at Heathrow and on HS2. I graduated from the University of York in 2016 with an integrated Masters degree in Environmental Geography and specialism in Corporate Social Responsibility. I find it fascinating how sustainability is constantly transforming and gaining traction in today’s world. It’s really important that we work to preserve our world for future generations to thrive in, and this is something I am excited to be part of.

Currently an associate director in Arcadis, Dr. Ayeldeen is keen to promoting sustainability in the geotechnical business using the skills he gained from obtaining his MBA and his diverse experience. He has been very active in environmental conferences and has given several presentations and lectures about sustainability in construction.

About David

I have volunteered for IEMA since summer 2015, and successfully established the Reading & Berkshire sub-region. However, moving out of the area and the pandemic's impact on in-person meetings depleted efforts in this direction. I have run several successful events for IEMA including speed-networking, keeping calm and mindful, and a site visit to a wind turbine. I also have a lot of experience in the built environment and would love to work more with engaging corporates who often pay for their employees to be members of IEMA.
