IEMA Webinar Climate Change Adaptation
This webinar gave an opportunity to understand important business case issues in this developmental area of Climate Change practice. Case studies and examples were not be specifically outlined,instead our focus was on key learning points for members to achieve progress within businesses.
The session gave an opportunity to understand how sustainability and environment professionals are starting to achieve business progress on this important and challenging area of Climate Change Adaptation. Following short update on associated IEMA policy developments, the webinar presented some key outcomes and learning points from practice (identified in recent workshops with leading practitioners). It also looked forward towards guidance IEMA is developing on the business case Climate Change Adaptation context.

The Solent: Recycling - Behaviour Change
Are you or your work team keen but confused about what to recycle or simply not engaged? Recycling has been with us for a long time, but recycling rates are not as high as they could be and contamination is common. The IEMA Solent event discussed how to improve your recycling rate, reduce contamination and looked ahead to changes coming in the next couple of years, including how to tackle drink container recycling through the deposit return scheme.
