In this webinar, you can hear from the developers of Welborne Garden Village in Hampshire who are using a decentralized heat network to both heat and cool the development. Using a mix of ground and water source heat from the local Portsmouth Water reservoir, with heat pumps in each dwelling, the network will be able to provide both heating in winter and ambient, ie minimal energy, cooling in summer.
