About Jana

Jana is a Senior ESG Program Manager with over a decade of experience in pan-European corporate sustainability, environmental policy, and compliance. She is passionate about promoting responsible and sustainable corporate practices for the well-being of people and the planet. With a suitcase filled with experience in the sustainability and environmental arena, Jana is equipped to lead and guide organizations toward a more sustainable future. Jana is committed to promoting and implementing sustainable practices advocating for business transformation, as the key for achieving a just and sustainable world. She is particularly interested in supply chain transformation and responsible supply chains. Jana holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics of Lund University, Sweden.

About Ransford

Ransford Okley Tetteh is an environmental researcher with a passion for wastewater treatment and management. With over 3 years of experience in the field, Ransford has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to the effective and sustainable management of wastewater. After completing MSc. Environmental Science at the University of Pannonia, Hungary in 2020, Ransford volunteered as a research assistant at United Nations ESCWA Technology Centre. There, he contributed to a variety of projects related to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) including research on the use of novel materials for water purification, the development of innovative wastewater treatment technologies, and the evaluation of the environmental and social impacts of wastewater management practices. In addition to Ransford's work as a researcher, he has also been actively involved in promoting public awareness and engagement around issues related to wastewater management by serving as a member of African Young Water Professionals and World Youth Parliament for Water.

I work as an independent consultant for my own company Sustainabler. I help companies with sustainability strategies and roadmaps. My background is in the energy sector where I previously headed up environment in a large global company. I really enjoy the networking and learning from others in IEMA Europe”
