In their role, Non-Executive Directors (NED’s) can have significant influence over the strategic direction of their Trust/Health Board and will play a key role in the integration of sustainability. To implement across the organisation, engagement from a range of roles throughout the NHS will be required. In this panel we will discuss how we can empower NEDs to lead, advise, challenge and action sustainability.
