Simon leads on sustainability engagement at CBRE UK, working to build/report our strategy, but primarily to bring it to life for colleagues. To get more people aware, bought-in and acting in line with our sustainability strategy. This includes developing the award-winning the All Greens network (edie 2020) and Stickerbook (Corporate Engagement Awards 2021).

This work has led to a 24x increase in actions at work, a 48x increase in learning and 98% of colleagues believe the platforms developed have helped them behave more sustainably. He is now helping colleagues do likewise globally.

Simon holds a BSc in Geography and Environmental Management from Durham University and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
